How can I book a stay at Haus Jausern?

From when can I check in?
From 15:00 o’clock the rooms are ready for you in any case. If you can foresee that your arrival will be delayed and you will probably arrive after 18:00, please give us a short notice at +43 6541 7341.
Until when do I have to check out?
The rooms are available until 10:30 am. A late check-out in the room until 16:00 is also possible for an extra charge of 50 € p.p. (depending on availability) or without a room for an extra charge of 30 € p.p..
Where is the best place to park?
All guests of the hotel have free parking directly in front of the hotel or in the underground garage.
In our underground car park you can charge your e-car for 18€.

Can I bring my dog?
Yes, your dog can come with you for a fee of €35 per day. We provide a dog station and dog towels. Please remember to bring a basket for your dog.
Is smoking allowed in the hotel?
We consider ourselves a non-smoking hotel. However, all balconies are of course equipped with ashtrays.
Is there Wi-Fi in the hotel and in the rooms?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and in the entire hotel area.

Is there a room where I can leave my ski equipment?
Skis and boards can be safely stored in our video-monitored ski room. Ski safe and boot dryer ensure that your feet are always warm.
How far away is the ski lift?
You probably won’t need your car on holiday with us, as you can ski directly from the house to the Schönleitenbahn. The ski buses also stop just a few minutes’ walk from the hotel. You can get back to Haus Jausern directly via the ski piste. It would be a shame to miss the last descent.
Where can I buy ski passes?
At our hotel. The Ski ALPIN CARD ticket network includes the Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn, the Schmittenhöhe in Zell am See and the Kitzsteinhorn Kaprun glacier ski area. 408 kilometres of perfectly groomed pistes, up to 121 state-of-the-art lifts and a supra-regional 365-day alpine offer.

The opening hours of the spa area
Relaxation room daily from 08:00 to 20:00
Pool in summer daily from 08: 00 to 20:00
in winter daily from 08: 00 to 10:00 and from 14:00 to 20:00
Sauna from 14:00 to 20:00
We reserve the right to open the saunas later on warm summer days.
Every Thursday we have our SPA open for you until 22:00
Is there a fitness room?
Yes, in our exercise room you will find therabands, fascia rolls, One Mantra yoga mats and blocks, as well as weights and more for your workout after an eventful day.
Is there a pool?
Haus Jausern has a heated outdoor pool and a natural pond for cooling off after the sauna. Children are welcome to use the pool, but we assume that parents will ensure that they are supervised and use it in a considerate manner.
Can my children come into the sauna with me?
We ask for your understanding that the relaxation room and saunas are reserved for our adult guests only.

Is dinner included in half board?
If you have booked your stay with half board, the four-course dinner is included in addition to a delicious breakfast.
Can allergies and intolerances be taken into account?
Yes, in order to be well prepared, we ask you to indicate any allergies and intolerances in advance.
Are there vegan/vegetarian dishes?
Both vegetarian and vegan dishes are no problem for us.
Is there a bar in the hotel?
Yes, our hotel bar is open all day for you to quench your thirst with a variety of drinks. If you get a little peckish during the day, the small bar menu will help.
You can round off the evening with a cool cocktail or a good glass of wine by our fire pits on the terrace.
Do we have barbecue evenings in summer?
Of course we do. We regularly heat up our barbecue for you in summer. Depending on the weather, you can enjoy your barbecue outside in the garden or in one of our parlors.

Is there a laundry service?
For a fee of 25 € we wash and dry your clothes. Ironing service is charged according to the type and number of clothes.
Do you offer allergy friendly bedding?
Yes, we offer bed linen for allergy sufferers, so that you can fully enjoy your stay. Please let us know in advance without any complications.
Can I charge my e-car at your place?
Yes, for a fee of 18 € you can charge your e-car in our underground car park.
Are bathrobes and slippers available in the hotel?
Bathrobes are available in the rooms. We have consciously decided against disposable bath slippers for sustainability reasons. So remember to pack your best slippers with you! In case you forget them, we have a few in reserve at the reception.
Are there baby cribs in the hotel?
We are happy to provide you with everything you need for a stress-free stay with your offspring. On request, we can provide you with a baby crib, crawling blanket, Tripp Trapp high chair, kettle, baby bath, diaper pail and changing mat, not forgetting our Moonboon cradle, which is ready and waiting for our youngest guests! For your outdoor experience with your offspring, we will gladly provide you with a stroller, carrier or outdoor blanket. Just let us know what you need and save yourself the hassle of luggage! You can also borrow a side sleeper or nursing pillow at any time.

Is the Joker Card included in the stay?
Yes, we will issue the Joker Card for you at the hotel. It is free of charge for your stay.
What can I experience with the Joker Card?
Included in the room price, the Joker Card gives you free use of up to 8 mountain railroads and access to the region’s most popular attractions. You also enjoy a 20% discount on bike tickets for Austria’s largest bike region in the Epic Bikepark Leogang and in Fieberbrunn, as well as discounts with bonus partners throughout Salzburger Land.

What activities do we offer in summer?
Helmut is not only our in-house massage therapist, but also offers weekly herbal walks. Explore the world of meadow and alpine herbs on a leisurely hike.
For all yoga fans, we offer a morning yoga session with Marc every Friday in summer.
Participation in all activities is included in our Haus Jausern services. We look forward to your registration.
Is there a room where I can park my bike?
Whether repairing or cleaning. Your bike can be safely stored and beautifully presented in our video-monitored bike room.
