DATA PROTECTION DECLARATION according to the DSGVO
This notice describes how Landhaus Jausern GmbH, hereinafter referred to as “we”, processes (collects, records, organises, arranges, stores, etc.) your personal data. We use the information you have given us with your consent in accordance with the basic data protection regulation if we want to answer your enquiries, have questions for you or want to contact you about innovations in our company. The data you have given us will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.

Personal data:
In accordance with the duty to inform (Art 13 and 14 DSGVO), we inform you that the following personal data will be collected from you by us for the processing of our services:
Your master data (surname, first name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, date of birth, customer number) as well as language and vehicle registration number. Furthermore, your travel documents (passport number, passport data, date of birth, issuing authority, period of validity, nationality) as well as one of your identity documents (including: ID card, driving licence etc. including issuing authority and period of validity) are required. For further processing, data on the desired method of payment and, in connection with payments, in particular with EC cards, credit cards and bank cards, the corresponding bank data are also collected.
In addition, personal preferences may be requested. In individual cases, personal data of the special category, namely health data and information on special needs and on marriage or partnership, may be requested. The processing of personal data of the special category always takes place on the basis of Art 9 (2) DSGVO.
Legal basis for processing or storage
The legal basis for processing your data is the consent given.
We may be obliged to store your data due to pre-contractual or contractual obligations as well as legal provisions (including tax obligations, registration, etc.).
Furthermore, by providing us with your data by post, fax, e-mail, telephone or other means of transmission, you consent to us contacting you and processing your data as set out here if we wish to respond to your enquiries, if we have questions for you or if we wish to contact you about innovations in our company, new or different products, promotions or events for advertising purposes. You agree that we may do this by telephone, fax or electronic mail (e-mail).
By entering personal data in one of our contact forms, you consent to this for the duration of the service of this specific enquiry and to its storage and processing by us. This applies in particular to enquiries via contact form, chat and e-mails. We need this data to process the enquiries and in these cases also store your IP address for the purpose of preserving evidence. Purpose of data processing and transfer to third parties:
This data is primarily required and processed for the booking of the stay, for the processing of the entire contractual relationship, the customer facility, for insurances, vouchers as well as for billing and its verification.
A transfer of your personal data to third parties (e.g.: to authorities, tax advisors, accountants, etc.) therefore takes place on the basis of your declared consent or if it is necessary for the processing of the contract or if the transfer serves the fulfilment of a legal obligation (Art 6 para 1 lit a – litc DSGVO).
Duration of storage:
The duration of storage is determined by the duration of the contractual relationship and the consent given. In addition, the processing of data may be justified due to legal (retention) obligations.
Rights of the data subjects:
You can request information about your personal data stored by us free of charge at any time. You have the right to confidentiality, information, objection, information, deletion, correction, restriction and transfer of your personal data.
You can revoke a data protection consent that you have given us at any time without giving reasons. The revocation does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out up to that point.
